The Pemberton market continues to produce amzing results for patient Buyers. I just helped a client buy a single family home with one bedroom suite in the Glen in a Court-Ordered Sale for only $255,000! This kind of sale is occurring more often in Pemberton in the wake of the 2010 Winter Olympics as hundreds of jobs ended and people were forced to look elsewhere for employment. With property prices declining as much as 30% under previous highs, Buyers are having their pick of somewonderful opportunities in both Whistler and pemberton.
